What is UnGeometry?
UnGeometry is a unique clothing brand that blends fashion with minimalistic and ungeometric designs. Our mission is to provide stylish, comfortable, and eco-friendly apparel for everyone with a touch of innovative creativity.

Product Questions
What materials are your products made from?
We sell a wide variety of products that vary in material and style. When you click on a product from the catalogue, you'll have the opportunity to view the materials used for the product under their description. They'll generally be listed among the bullet points there.
How do I know what size to order?
When you click on a product from our catalogue, you'll find a Size Guide located under the product description. The guide provides detailed measurements for each size, both in metric and imperial, helping you choose the best fit.
To determine your size, follow these steps:
- Chest / Body Width: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure under your arms and parallel to the floor.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure level.
- Body Length: Measure at the highest shoulder point and run it down to where the garment would end.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
- Length / Width: For pants, skirts, or other items, measure from the waistband to the hem or across the widest part of the garment.
- One Size (for hats and accessories): Our "one size" items are designed to fit most people.
Are your products unisex?
Some products are designed to be unisex, meaning they can be used or worn by anyone regardless of gender. If a product is specifically tailored to be more suited to men's or women's sizing, we will clearly indicate this in the product description or title.
Are UnGeometry products official collaborations with brands?
No, UnGeometry is not in partnership with any brands.
For products where a brand logo is visible (e.g., Champion, adidas, etc.), these are blank canvases provided by the brand, customized with our designs via Printful. This does not indicate an official collaboration.
Ordering and Payment Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
As of now, we accept a variety of payment methods including:

All transactions are securely processed to ensure your personal and payment information is protected. We're also working to expand our payment options in the future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To cancel an order, customers must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this timeframe, orders may begin processing, and cancellations may not be possible. Timely action is essential to accommodate such requests. Requests can be made by clicking here. Once the request is processed, a refund will be issued.
Currently, changing an order is not possible. If you need to make changes, please request to cancel your existing order within the 24-hour window and place a new one.

How long does a refund take?
Please note that in some cases, such as returns or order cancellations, the processing time may vary based on our procedures and services. While refunds typically take 1-5 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider, it can sometimes take up to 14 business days in certain situation. We will keep you informed if similar situations arise.
How do I use a discount code?
At the Checkout page, a discount code can be applied by writing the code in the designated "Discount Code" field and clicking on "Apply" to see the updated total.
If the "Discount Code" field is not visible at Checkout, this indicates that there are no available discount codes to be applied.
Shipping Questions
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for customers in Europe!
For other locations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your address. The price you see at checkout is the final amount, including any applicable shipping fees.
Do you send order to the US?
Yes! We send orders to the US and internationally. Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped directly to your delivery address. Do check the checkout page for details regarding tracking and status.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It may take 2 to 5 business days to fulfil the order. Thereafter, the estimated delivery date can vary between 2 to 27 business days, depending on the courier, the level of service you select, where an item is produced and where it gets shipped to. Please check the shipping options during checkout for the most accurate estimate, as they reflect your location.
However, if your product has not yet arrived or appears lost in transit. In this case, claims must be submitted no earlier than 5 days after the estimated delivery date, but no later than 25 days. Click here to start a transit report. We will cover the cost of reshipping a replacement order, but we may ask for your assistance in confirming the accuracy of the shipping address.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If the product you received is either damaged, misprinted, defected, or different from what you ordered, please submit a Defect Report. If the issue is determined to be our fault, we will cover the cost of reshipping an identical order at no additional charge.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
The return policy is integrated with the refund policy in which you can find here: Refund Policy.
To summarize,
- Claims of items lost in transmit must be reported through a Transit Report between 5 to 25 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Claims for items that are defected/damaged/misprinted must be reported through a Defect Report, where an identical order will be reshipped if the issue is determined to be our fault.
- Order cancellation requests must be sent through an Order Cancellation Form within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the request is processed, a refund will be issued.
- To make changes to an order, you can request to cancel your existing order within the 24-hour window and place a new one.
- If an insufficient address is provided, or if a shipment is not claimed by the recipient, it will be returned to our supplier. Therefore, any reshipment costs to a new or identical address must be paid by the buyer within 14 days, otherwise it will get donated to charity.
How do I return an item?
At this time, our supplier does not accept returns. You are welcome to keep, discard, or donate the product at your discretion.
If you submit a defect report and the defect is determined to be our fault, we will reship an identical order at no additional cost, and you will not be required to return the original product.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Unfortunately, we currently do not support product exchanges. Similar to how orders cannot be changed once they are fulfilled, exchanges are not available at this time. However, you can request to cancel your existing order through our Order Cancellation Form within 24 hours of placing the order, then place a new order with the desired changes.
Miscellaneous
How do I care for my UnGeometry clothing?
To maintain the durability for your UnGeometry apparel, whether printed or embroidered, here are some care tips to consider:
- Washing: Use a gentle cycle with cold water (20-30°C or 60-80°F). Place the garment inside out or in a mesh laundry bag to protect prints or embroidery.
- Detergent: Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
- Drying: Air dry is recommended. If using a dryer, set it to low heat and avoid over-drying to prevent shrinkage or stress on prints and embroidery threads.
- Ironing: Avoid ironing directly over printed or embroidered areas. Place a cloth or towel over the design or iron the garment inside out.
- Storage: Store flat or on a hanger to prevent creases and unnecessary tension on designs.
Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer gift cards, but they are definitely coming soon! Gift cards will be a convenient way to share the experience with family and friends. Stay tuned for updates!
Do you have any physical stores?
As this time, our products are exclusively available online. However, we're excited about the possibility of expanding into physical stores in the future!
